Our original bite-cutting course

1. Course meal

・Please enjoy the course meal.

・We will serve approximately 10 dishes, including cold noodles for the final dish.(about 1 hour)

2. Start adding meat

・When cold noodles are served, you can order additional meat for free.

3. Meat Addition Rules

・Only meat served in the course can be added.(The course contents are listed on the menu)

・You can specify up to two types per order.(We limit the amount to prevent leftovers)

・Once you finish eating it, you can order more.

・Last course orders are taken in 1 hour and 30 minutes.(Cold noodles in 1 hour, meat in the remaining 30 minutes) → Dessert

4. How to order a course

・Please ring the bell to inform a staff member.We will also explain any unclear points you may have.

Our courses are set to last 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We will serve everything from the first dish to the cold noodles before dessert in about an hour.

After bringing you your cold noodles, we will bring you additional meat for free.
